YAG Mould Laser Welding Equipment series specialize in the amendment of mould & mechanical components. The YAG Mould Laser Welder can repair mould and tool damages caused in production, or correct the errors happened during mould manufacturing, or manufacture abnormal moulds, or prolong the lifetime of moulds. It also can be regularly used to amend molding tooling, punch tooling, injection tooling and so on.

Comparing with traditional arc welding and resistance welding, its advantages are quick cooling, small thermo effect, high depth-to-width ratio.

Unnecessary to pre-heat;

Small spot diameter, little thermo effect, suitable to weld compact and complex area on moulds and tools;

No gas bubble left; aesthetic welding spot, little or no need to polish the seam after welding is completed
