Principle of Operation
The laser welder utilizes high power pulse laser to achieve welding function. Through power supply, the laser machine emits pulse electricity currents to Xenon lamp. forming a light beam with a certain pulse and frequency, such light pass through Nd3+:YAG crystal, exciting ND3+:YAG laser, then the laser light pass through resonant cavity, forms a beam of pulse laser with wavelength of 1064nm, After amplification, reflection, transmission and other processes, the laser is projected to the object surfaces that need for welding .Under the control of the PLC or industrial PC, moving the digital worktable, thus finish the welding process. All the parameter needed for welding can be input and managed by the SCM, PLC or industrial PC. By adjusting the frequency or pulse width, the energy of the laser beam can be changed.
It is widely used in welding of Golden, Sliver, Platinum, Stainless steel, Titanium and alloy material and widely used in the fields of Aviation, Airspace, Weapon, Naval vessel, GEM products, Jewelry, Precise mould, Dental mold, Hardware and so on. Especially suitable for Jewelry welding, Mould repairing, Golf ball repairing, Spot welding for component, Battery welding etc.
